How do I install my Mycube safe?
Our safes are designed for easy home installation. Each unit comes with a pre-drilled floor and a mounting kit including heavy-duty bolts. We recommend securing your safe to a solid surface like a closet shelf or floor for maximum security.
What happens if the battery dies on my digital lock?
Every Mycube safe includes two manual override keys. If your batteries run out, simply use the emergency key to unlock the safe and replace the four AA batteries located inside the door panel.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard ground shipping on all safe orders within the contiguous United States. Orders typically process within 1-2 business days, and delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return my safe if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the safe in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply unless the product arrived damaged.
Do Mycube safes come with a warranty?
Every Mycube safe is backed by a lifetime secondary warranty. If your safe is ever damaged in a break-in or fire, or if the locking mechanism fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Are Mycube safes fireproof?
While our standard Mycube Classic and Mini models are built for theft protection, we do offer a specific Fire-Rated series that provides up to 1 hour of protection at temperatures up to 1700°F.
