Returns & Exchanges

At Mycube Safe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your security solution. If your safe isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Mycube

  Carefully place the safe in its original packaging, including all internal foam inserts, keys, hardware, and the user manual to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
